1. I confirm (I and my coauthors) that the paper under title below has not been previously published in any other journals/conferences.
2. I declare that I (I and my coauthors) have specified any possible conflicts of interest inside the article and (I and my coauthors) have obtained the right permission to use any previously copyrighted material. Such documentations will be sent to IUCJEAS if there is any concern.
3.I hereby (I and my coauthors) assign and transfer all rights to publish of this article to IUCJEAS. Organizations or individual wish to republish the article needs to take permission either to IUCJEAS or the author/co-authors of the article.
